Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a dedicated Person In Charge to lead the Front End in the absence of store management in Liberty Lake, WA. You will ensure top customer service, supervise cashiers, and make store decisions to maximize profit and efficiency.

As PIC, you’ll oversee night shifts, handle cashier duties, and coordinate daily operations while maintaining safety and policy adherence across departments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or related skills.
• Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service per employer policy.
• Handle emergencies and supervise store personnel.
• Maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise the sales floor and replenishment of products.
• Replace stock in displays near checkout area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist cashiers with system issues.
• Perform basic office tasks for customers and personnel.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Receive payment and give correct change.
• Bag groceries and assist customers with carry out.
• May perform close of day tasks in the office.
• May count tills when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
