Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help manage daily store operations and lead staff in the absence of the General Manager. You will ensure customer service excellence, supervise cash handling, and maintain a safe, organized environment.

The role includes coordinating operations, merchandising, training, and communicating issues to leadership. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with fulltime hours and benefits discussion at interview.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manufacture assembly directions, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration and motivate others both internal and external to perform enthusiastically.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Direct staff to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Supervise store operations, open/close procedures, and loss prevention efforts.
• Manage forklift operations, receiving, stocking, and back stock levels.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized selling floor and back room.
