Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe, secure shopping environment and protect assets.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
• Assist with Front End operations and cashier training.
• Lead by example to support the Store Manager and drive customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate stockroom and backroom processes to support sales floor readiness.
