Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team on the floor, energize guests, and uphold service standards. You’ll model service behaviors, coach teammates, and ensure consistent execution during shifts with urgency and enthusiasm.

The role covers onboarding, task delegation, merchandising, and handling guest concerns to drive sales and an engaging shopping experience at Rally House in Missouri City, Texas. 18+ with 1–2 years of retail preferred.

• Clear communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage shifting priorities on the floor.

Responsibilities

• People: Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Operations: Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution
• Merchandising: Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets during shifts
• Service: Lead the floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests
• Results: Drive sales during assigned shifts through guest focus and urgency
• Skills: Prioritization, delegation, and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age; 1–2 years of retail experience; 10–20 hours per week including day, night, weekends and holidays
• Physical: Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; bend/reach/climb ladders
