Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Long Beach to guide the sales team, uphold Vuori’s brand standards, and foster a positive customer experience. You will supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and partner with the Store Manager to drive performance.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, maintain visual merchandising, and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Availability includes mornings/evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example and deliver Vuori’s brand values.
• Own the sales floor to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Build relationships with customers and invite them to events and new products.
• Stay informed about product details and what’s selling well.
