SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, coach teammates, and model customer-obsessed service.

You will lead with operational excellence, manage open/close, and help launch product stories while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive environment across shifts.

Open availability for evenings, weekends, and overtime is required, with a focus on teamwork, coaching, and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and commitment to inclusive, high-energy store environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through coaching and zone management.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet standards of excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness).
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling that connects to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and growth moments; facilitate training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs and track sales performance.
