Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Fixture Warehouse Workflow Specialist to support new and remodeled stores by managing fixtures through inbound to outbound processes. The role requires operating RF scanners, loading/unloading, and ensuring accurate, timely shipments.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with responsibilities spanning from inventory checks to pallet building and shipment preparation in a high-volume DC environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent decision making and communication skills.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and labeling software.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise into the Warehouse Management System using RF scanner.
• Unload trailers and containers; inspect items for damage and verify against worksheets.
• Perform stacking functions: put-away, replenishment, transfers, order picking, and more.
• Complete records and logs including daily productivity sheets.
• Prepare fixtures for shipping; build pallets and load trucks for shipment to stores.
• Maintain neat, safe work area and ensure supplies are adequate.
• Resolve WMS issues; escalate to manager when needed.
• Assist with recovery, shipping, picking, and special projects as required.
