Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Fixture Warehouse Workflow Specialist to support new and remodeled stores across the OSJL network. You will manage the full fixture lifecycle from inbound receipt to outbound shipping, ensuring timely delivery to stores and accurate records.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with responsibilities spanning receiving, staging, packing, and shipment preparation in a fast-paced DC environment across RI and CT locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English speaking, reading and comprehension required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent decision making and communication skills.
• Proficient with WMS and labeling software; strong Google Workspace skills.
• Ability to operate powered equipment and obtain licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise into WMS using RF scanner, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Unload trailers and containers; inspect items and document discrepancies.
• Perform stacker functions: put-away, replenishment, transfers, consolidations, order picking, etc.
• Complete records, reports and logs (e.g., daily productivity sheets).
• Prepare fixtures for shipping; build pallets and load for shipment to stores.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and supply levels.
• Resolve WMS issues with escalation to manager.
• Perform recovery, shipping, picking and special projects accurately and safely.
