Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Possess willingness to complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Preferred qualification includes Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities; build relationships with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead store operations improvements, ensure customer service standards, and drive sales performance.
