Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to supervise front-end and pharmacy teams, driving customer experience and supporting the Store Manager in achieving company goals.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and performance metrics while mentoring staff and coordinating with partners to optimize operations. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience is required, with flexibility for extended hours and potential relocation for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record, or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program, or HS Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Store Manager, if offered.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Coach, train, and develop plans to improve customer service and store performance.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, and store security procedures.
• Collaborate with external partners and support Center to drive store initiatives.
• Analyze data to drive store profitability and performance improvements.
