Colonial Group is seeking a Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering top customer experiences and sales results. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead a team of associates daily.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, lead by example, and ensure seamless operations during shifts. The role requires flexibility, energy, and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and stats.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards.
• Ensure merchandising and operations meet store standards.

• Perform POS transactions on shifts and supervise in the Store Manager's absence.
