Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership in delivering outstanding customer experiences and sales results. You will help manage daily store operations, maintain merchandising standards, and mentor associates to grow professionally.

You will handle POS transactions during assigned shifts, step in for the Store Manager as needed, and model our values of respect, teamwork, accountability and inclusivity to create a winning environment.

• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
