Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving store results. You will help manage daily operations, merchandising, and staff development to create a positive shopping environment.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and lead by example on the sales floor. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles in apparel retail (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and reinforce brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for excellent customer experience and store standards.
• Ensure merchandising and operations meet company standards consistently.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a positive, professional work environment for the team.
• Perform POS transactions on shifts and lead supervisor duties when Store Manager is absent.
