Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a motivated Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced apparel environment.

You will work closely with the management team to train and develop assistants, ensure visual standards, and maintain smooth store operations while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth.
• Create a great work environment with a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and supervise in Store Manager’s absence.
