Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory retail, customer service, or hospitality role.
• Experience promoting a people-first employee culture.
• Proven communication skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on the floor and in back-of-house operations.
• Model Glossier’s customer experience principles and coach others.
• Manage daily coverage (meal breaks, shift coverage) and lead shift meetings.
• Open and close duties and support vendor requests as needed.
• Ensure visual merchandising, store cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
