Job summary

You will coach colleagues, model Glossier’s customer-experience principles, and ensure exceptional service while managing daily store routines and performance goals. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory retail experience, excellent communication, and a passion for creating welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail, customer service, or hospitality environment.
• Experience promoting and supporting a people-first employee culture.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead store floor and BOH operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Open and close duties to set the store up for success.
• Serve as an extension of the leadership team when handling ad hoc vendor requests.
• Coach the team on Glossier’s customer experience principles and standards.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-m Morale work environment.
• Build community connections and support local partnerships for events.
