Qualifications

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options meeting their needs.
Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate when unresolved.
Answer phone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
Respond professionally to customers and explain possible solutions to keep them satisfied.
Interact with customers using active listening to confirm details and diffuse complaints.
Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits; assist with bank pickups.
Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
Process all transactions per policy, including loans and check cashing.
