Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Oklahoma to lead front-line service, educate customers on financial products, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage cash handling, conduct transactions, and support store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales, customer service, or cash handling, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in an autonomous environment. Travel across stores may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and present options that meet customer needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls.
• Maintain professional interactions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Handle and count currency including cash drawer, deposits, and safe transfers.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and complete required trainings.
• Travel to stores within the district; may require overnight travel; work assigned shifts.
