Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and profitability for one or more locations.
• Educate customers on product options and ensure compliant processing of transactions.
• Manage cash drawer, deposits, and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assist with recruiting and onboarding of assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
