Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee customer and donor interactions, drive store productivity, and ensure achievement of sales and margin targets while upholding brand standards.

The role includes managing Softline's, Front of House operations, PGFR, merchandising, and seasonal sets, with data-driven reporting to support policies and programs. 12–24 month initiatives are common.

Qualifications

• This role requires two years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail or nonprofit store leadership experience.
• Experience in donor services and in meeting sales/margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and donor experience and store productivity.
• Manage Softline's, Front of House operations, PGFR, merchandising, and seasonal sets.
• Monitor budgets, vendor relations, and project initiatives spanning 12–24 months.
• Provide coaching and development for associates and leadership.
