Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for the New Berlin store to lead donations and shopper interactions, drive productivity, and meet sales and margin targets while upholding brand standards.

The role covers Softline and PGFR, merchandising, staff scheduling, cash controls, and data-driven improvements. It requires 5+ years in retail with leadership ability and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Work varied schedule and flexible hours; two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Experience in retail and/or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on store productivity goals to achieve budgeted sales and margins.
• Oversee PGFR, seasonal sets, and merchandise on sales floor.
• Oversee product rotation for Softline goods and ensure availability.
• Support supervision of associates and ensure donation/ POS coverage and customer service.
• Monitor data entry, accuracy, and timeliness; provide coaching as needed.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
