Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or production setting.
• Forklift certification may be required at site.
• Ability to work varied schedule including closing shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store productivity and donor experience to meet sales and margin targets.
• Manage PGFR, seasonal sets, and merchandise on the sales floor while upholding brand standards.
• Monitor product rotation and ensure flow of new merchandise aligned with seasonal sets.
• Lead and develop staff, provide coaching, and ensure adequate donation and POS coverage.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety guidelines; maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment.
