Michaels Buff East Aurora is seeking a team member to maintain the store’s cleanliness and recovery standards while delivering friendly customer service. You will help customers find products, assist with checkout, and participate in omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

The role requires an energetic, service-minded individual and offers base pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to meet brand promises.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standard.
• Engage customers about store programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Card).
• Assist with Omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and Ship from Store.
