Job summary

Michaels Stores in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Store Cleaner/Team Member to help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will perform routine cleaning, assist customers, and support store operations to uphold our brand promises.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, stocking, assisting with checkout, and participating in BOPIS/SFS processes. You will also engage customers about rewards programs and help with safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are expected.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and mop floors and clean assigned areas using supplied products.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.
• Support checkout and POS processes, including bagging and basic transactions.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Participate in truck un-loading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
