Job summary

The Michaels Companies stores in Charlotte – NorthLake are seeking a part-time Environment Team Member to maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards while delivering friendly customer service. You will assist customers, stock and organize products, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high-traffic areas, operating cleaning equipment, and supporting store operations like checkout and BOPIS/SFS processes.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and assist with Omni channel processes.
