Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our KC-LIBERTY location in Missouri for a team member who helps maintain a clean, organized store and delivers friendly customer service. You’ll assist customers, support checkout, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes while stocking and following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state and local requirements.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS) processes.
• Participate in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes and safety programs.
