Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. store in KC-LIBERTY, MO is looking for a Store Associate to uphold our brand by keeping the store clean and welcoming while assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, cash handling to standards, and participating in omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. You will work with the team to maintain safety and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store) and truck un-loading
• Participate in stocking, planogram execution, and shrink/safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact positively with customers and team members
