Job summary

Michaels – NYC Staten Island Mall, NY store is seeking a team member to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and help customers find products while delivering our Brand Promises. You will engage shoppers, assist at checkout, and support BOPIS/SFS processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred candidates will have retail or cleaning experience and be capable of standing for long periods, lifting, and working nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in-store
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
