Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly store associate to help customers, keep the sales floor clean, and support daily store operations at our Chesterfield location. You will assist shoppers, handle checkout, and participate in omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding items.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
