Job summary

Michaels stores are looking for team members in DET-ORION TOWNSHIP, MI to uphold our store’s look and feel and deliver friendly customer service. You’ll help customers shop, check out store items, and enroll customers in Rewards/Private Label Credit Cards while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship from Store.

Expect physical activity and flexible hours in a fast-paced retail setting. The role emphasizes safety, shelving accuracy, and adherence to SOPs as part of daily duties,

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
