Job summary

Michaels DET-Southgate is seeking a store associate to maintain cleanliness, assist customers and support omnichannel processes. You will help with stocking, planograms, and provide a friendly checkout experience in a public retail environment.

In this role you’ll interact with customers, support safety programs, and uphold the store’s brand standards. Evening/weekend shifts and lifting may be required in a dynamic, climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
