Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Saginaw, MI seeks a Store Team Member to maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and perform checkout duties. You will help with stocking, planograms, and participate in BOPIS and SFS processes.

This role requires engaging with customers and upholding our brand standards in a climate-controlled retail environment. Applicants must be able to stand long hours, lift heavy boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes.
