Michaels Stores is hiring for a store associate in Burlington, NJ. You will maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery, deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and participate in omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.

You may assist with truck un-load, stocking, and planograms, while supporting shrink and safety programs. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting, and evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
