Michaels Stores is seeking team members to maintain store standards, assist customers, and support omnichannel processes in a busy Flemington NJ location. You’ll handle checkout, merchandising, and daily operations with a focus on safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have retail or cleaning experience, can stand for long periods, and enjoy helping customers find products while promoting rewards programs and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Assist with truck un-loading, stocking and planogram (POG) compliance.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
