Job summary

Michaels NAMPA is seeking a Part Time Team Member to uphold store cleanliness, assist customers, and participate in stocking and checkout operations. You will help customers locate products, discuss rewards, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork in a busy retail environment. Physical tasks include standing, lifting, and occasional shifts that cover nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Michaels brand promises.
