Job summary

Michaels NYC Staten Island Mall store is seeking a hard‑working team member to maintain the overall look of the store, assist customers, and support omni‑channel processes. You will clean, stock, and assist shoppers while following safety and SOP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
• Able to perform cleaning duties with approved procedures and materials

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and process enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and stocking
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
