Job summary

Michaels Burlington/South, ON is seeking a store cleaning associate to maintain floors, restrooms, and common areas to meet brand standards. You will interact with customers, assist with checkout and omni-channel processes, and support stocking and planogram tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Applicants should be comfortable with standing for long periods, lifting and moving supplies, and working flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred: retail or cleaning experience.
• Physical ability to stand and move around the store for long periods.
• Flexible with shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery to brand standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Handle checkout processes and assist with Omni-channel tasks (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
