Job summary

Michaels in Lansing, Delta Township, is looking for a Store Associate to help keep the store clean, organized and welcoming for customers. You will dust, mop, stock shelves, assist shoppers, handle checkout transactions, and participate in omni-channel tasks such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, all while following SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications include retail or cleaning experience preferred; able to stand long hours, lift items, and work nights or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.

• Process checkout transactions to standard, including rewards enrollment when applicable.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and safety programs.
