Job summary

Michaels Lebanon, PA is hiring a part-time Store Environment Team Member to maintain a clean, safe store environment and deliver our brand promises. You will assist customers, handle checkout duties, and support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and following SOPs while upholding safety standards. Prior retail cleaning experience is preferred and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning and maintaining retail spaces.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties including dusting, damp mopping, trash disposal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store look and feel, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Assist customers and help them locate items and participate in rewards enrollment where applicable.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standard.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
