Job summary

Michaels is hiring a part-time Store Environment Team Member in Washington. You will maintain a clean, safe store environment, assist customers, and help with checkout and rewards enrollments. This role includes stocking, BOPIS and SFS support, and following SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have retail or cleaning experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed. Benefits are available per position guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to use a POS system for cash handling and checkout.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Dust, mop floors, collect and dispose of trash.
• Move equipment and restock products; place items correctly.
• Deep clean bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and other high-traffic areas.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards; enroll rewards program.
• Support Omni channel tasks (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planograms.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure a safe store environment.
