Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a part-time Store Environment Associate to keep the store clean and welcoming. You’ll assist customers, handle checkout duties, and promote Rewards programs while maintaining a safe, organized shop floor.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, stocking, and supporting omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. Nights, weekends, and early hours are required.

Qualifications

• Sixteen years or older required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards; clean key areas and floors.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; assist with cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and stock tasks.
