Job summary

Michaels in Washington, PA seeks an Environment Team Member to maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment and support brand standards. You will help customers, stock shelves, and keep floors and fixtures tidy throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves, ladder may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store look and recovery to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers to locate items.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures, dust and mop floors.
• Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and high traffic zones.
• Assist with stocking, planogram execution, and truck unloading as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
