Meijer Inc. in Marquette, MI is seeking a Store Director to lead all aspects of the store’s operations and drive exceptional customer service.

You will manage a high-performing team, ensure fiscal responsibility, and uphold safety and merchandising standards to maximize store performance. You will develop leaders, optimize store processes, and build strong community partnerships while aligning with our leadership expectations and core values.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience including management of leaders.
• Experience leading a retail operation with $40 million+ in annual sales revenue.
• Ability to obtain licenses required for store operations and physical capabilities for lifting.

• Oversee total store operations and leadership to deliver excellent customer service.
