Meijer Inc. is seeking a Store Director to lead store operations with a focus on retail leadership and exceptional customer service. You will mentor leaders, ensure staffing, and drive meeting and exceeding goals while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across the store.

You will cultivate community relations, support the Meijer brand, and oversee a diverse team in a dynamic retail environment, impacting daily store performance and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience leading retail or service operation with $40 million+ annual sales revenue.
• Ability to receive and maintain licenses required for store operations.
• Position may require lifting, carrying and other physical acts.
