Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5+ years of retail/service experience, with leadership.
• Experience leading managers with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach leaders to achieve goals and develop talent.
• Ensure staffing with trained team members and develop existing staff.
