Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company, based in Tyler, Texas, seeks a Store Manager to lead our Brookshire’s and Super 1 banners. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards while engaging with customers and partners.

As a senior leader, you will interview, hire, train, and develop staff, review budgets, and monitor performance to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and four+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA, AML, and food safety certifications where applicable.
• Ability to lead and develop partners; strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery regulations per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop store partners; schedule and direct work.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and profits.
• Control expenses to maximize cash flow and EBITDA.
• Ensure food safety, product quality and customer service standards.
• Analyze budgets and reports to plan long-term objectives.
• Maintain store conditions and merchandising standards.
• Open/close the store and ensure staff coverage and safety.
