Maverik is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) to lead the team, support daily store operations, and create an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store, with a starting pay and eligibility for a bonus program.

You’ll coach Team Members, drive a culture of service and accountability, and help grow leadership skills while ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule: stores open 24/7, may require nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: engage effectively with Team Members and customers.
• Collected & Composed: stay calm under pressure while delivering great service.
• Experience: 1 year+ supervisory experience (preferred).
• Food Safety Certification: must obtain/maintain certification as required by state/local jurisdiction.
