Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Store Director to lead the total operation of the store, drive customer service excellence, and manage a large team to achieve sales goals. You will analyze financial data, optimize staffing, and uphold safety and merchandising standards across all departments.

The role requires a strong track record in retail leadership, GM/Grocery/Fresh experience, and the ability to mentor leaders while partnering with the community and ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• At least 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with direct reports.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience with General Merchandise and Grocery/Fresh experience preferred.
• Experience leading operations with $40M+ annual sales revenue.
