Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience, 5+ years in retail/service
• 3+ years of leadership experience including managers with direct reports
• Experience leading retail or service operation with substantial annual sales

Responsibilities

• Lead the total store operation and drive sales while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Mentor and coach all team members and leaders to meet goals.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and adherence to corporate, safety, and merchandising standards.
