You will manage the total store operation, uphold leadership standards, and develop a high-performing team to achieve financial goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
• Experience leading retail or service operation with $40 million minimum in annual sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee total store operations to deliver the best possible shopping experience for customers.
• Provide remarkable customer service and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Mentor and coach team members and leaders to meet and exceed goals.
• Ensure proper staffing with trained team members and develop existing staff.
• Maintain all corporate, safety, and regulatory procedures for a safe environment.
